What is e-liquid?
E-liquids are used in electronic cigarette devices. The main ingredients by volume in our products are propylene glycol (PG) and vegetable glycerin (VG). The secondary ingredients may or may not contain nicotine (at various levels of 0,3,6,12 & 18mg per bottle). The third ingredients are added flavorings. All of our products are bottled in the USA with domestic and imported ingredients and contain pharmaceutical grade PG, VG, Natural & Artificial Flavourings, and Nicotine.
Do you use vegetable glycerin (VG) and propylene glycol (PG) in the Kilo E-liquid base?
Kilo E-Liquids uses a base component comprised of a blend of both VG and PG. While there are slight variances from flavor to flavor, the breakdown is 70% PG and 30% VG. This ratio establishes the perfect platform in which we build our flavor profile while delivering excellent vapor production and a full body with a semi-sweet, creamy undertone. Please take note if you have a PG allergy or sensitivity.
What types of ingredients are used in Kilo E-Liquids e-liquid?
Kilo E-Liquids uses the highest quality ingredients from start to finish which includes USP grade propylene glycol, USP Kosher Grade vegetable glycerin, USP/food grade natural and artificial flavorings, and certified liquid nicotine. Our nicotine is procured from a reputable, industry leader who provides liquid chromatography analysis with each batch before it gets retested in-house to ensure proper potency.
How should I store my Kilo E-Liquids e-liquid?
Kilo E-Liquids has a shelf life of up to (2) years from the date of manufacturing and should be kept at room temperature away from direct sunlight between each use. There is no need to refrigerate our products. Exposure to sunlight and contact with air will cause Kilo E-Liquids e-liquid to darken in color as it speeds up the nicotine oxidation process.
Aside from the base and flavorings, what else is in Kilo E-Liquids e-liquid?
We will never add water, alcohol, or food colorings to our products.
Can I return my Kilo E-Liquids e-liquid?
Unfortunately, Kilo E-Liquids is unable to accept returns for liquid products for many reasons. If you suspect that a product is not consistent with your prior purchases, we will test batch samples that match your exact product and determine if something is incorrect or off. All orders purchased on kiloeliquids.eu will be processed in the order that they are received. Our business operating hours are from Monday – Friday. Please allow all orders up between (24 – 48) hours for processing. Orders placed after 1300 GMT will be processed the next business day.
What should I do if my order is returned to sender?
If an incorrect house number or zip code was entered, then the package may be marked as “return to sender” and returned to our warehouse.

What do I do if my parcel was not delivered?
If you do not receive your package, please double-check your tracking information found in the shipping confirmation e-mail. If you are having trouble locating your order number and status of your shipment, please contact customer support and we will be able to assist you.
You can also call your local post office for immediate assistance with your parcel and for proof of delivery. We recommend checking in with neighbors, front desks, mailrooms, or anywhere else it may be delivered. Check that the shipping address that was entered for the order is accurate and complete.
Please note: You must report damaged or missing items to us within (72) hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in a denied claim by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy.
What is the status of my order?
You may check your order status (12) hours after placing your order on kiloeliquids.eu. However, depending on weekends and holidays and other dates that result in limited availability of business hours, it can take up to (3) business days for the details to be available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to your tracking number. Please expect 24 business hours before receiving your tracking details.
